Conclusion In concluding the FTC is a very integral organization in our society, it forces business and managers to make decisions and act ethical with the regards to the production of goods and services. It also forces them to act ethically in the business of trade and dealing with competitors. It gives consumers and business especially small enterprises a sense of security knowing that the organization is designed to protect their best interest. It is so designed as to improve the production or distribution of goods or to promoting technical or economic progress; and to ensure that consumers are allowed a fair share of the resulting benefit. The enterprise enforces or seeks to enforce any right under or existing by virtue of any copyright, patent, registered design or trade mark.
