Problem- Solving Simulation The strategy that I used was to take the cat across on the raft, then I put the mouse on the raft, and had the dog swim across while the mouse crossed by being on the raft. Dogs are good at swimming in water. Therefore, I thought the dog could swim across. Otherwise, there is no logical way for the dog, cat, and mouse to get across without them attacking each other.
