Unformatted text preview: there is not a mind and thought in the physical body. The physical body will be an empty shell. Therefore, I believe that I have learned a great deal from participating in this philosophy class. I originally thought that this would be a difficult class, but this class was just a challenge that I believe I have overcome. I believe that I have learned a great deal about philosophy because when I first started this class I did not know anything about philosophy and I had to ask my mother what philosophy is, but since then I have learned some things about philosophy that I never thought I would know. I have also learned much more about my chosen final project topic that I would have never known was possible before entering into this class nine weeks ago. Therefore, I am very glad that I have chosen this particular topic to study in this philosophy class because I have learned so much that I never would have thought was possible when entering college last year....
