Satisfied Customer Introduction Customer satisfaction is the most important factor in all major industry in today’s society. For example the hospitality industry which provides income to many other industries, thrives on customer service. Customer service allows many companies to show that their business also has a personal side to it. Whether their service is a product or specialty service, without customer service and relations the company’s product or service will cease to exist. In order to provide customer satisfaction at the highest quality, employees must be trained and qualified at the highest level. Customer satisfaction is the leading criterion for determining the quality that is actually delivered to customers through the product/service and by the accompanying servicing (Vavra, 1997).
