Emphasis is on auditor responsibilities, audit design, and audit techniques following generally accepted auditing standards. Prerequisites: BUS 338 / Intermediate Accounting II and BUS 342 / Accounting Information Systems Analysis & Design. Upon completion of this course you should be able to: 1 . Explain the Professional Standards, Professional Ethics and Legal Liability of CPA�s conducting audits.
