Mini-Case 7 Simulations on the Kanban Please read carefully the book and its explanation of Kanban. Kanban is a "pull system", which is a fundamental lean concept that reduces inventory by linking production to demand. To further explore Kanban, we are going to run the simulator found at the follow address: http://highered.mcgraw- hill.com/sites/0072977671/student_view0/chapter12/interactive_cases.html It should also be on the DVD for chapter 13. Although the mini-cases are all 25 points, there is the opportunity to earn 26 on this assignment, because all questions are worth 2 points. The problem begins on page 603 (Kanban at Simmon’s Electric) of your text and is the Interactive Case 7.1. Notice that the questions continue on the next several pages. I DO want this in memo format, but listing the numbers of the questions and answering the questions. This should be interesting running a simulated production environment, however, it will take some time to run all the simulations as required. As an example:
