Developing Good Business Sense 2 The three companies I have chosen are McDonalds, Amazon, and Burger King. McDonalds is a fast food company, known for their Big Macs and their other burgers. Their skills must be precise in order to meet the time period of delivering their advertised fast food. The importance of their operations must always be maintained at all times, after all it is a fast food company. The quality of their burgers and the quick delivery of orders to customers, it an important part of their company. Since the first opening of McDonalds, their operations have gotten better with new burger machines and technology. Their constant updates with their equipments have allowed McDonalds to grow and expand. There are employees that can be disorganized, but with supervision and training they eventually become organized along with the other employees. However, every shift manager is different and there are little things that are different with every shift but nothing significant enough for customers to notice. A major operating challenge facing
