SHIRAZ RESTAURANT  PREFACE which led us successfully to complete the report. I am also greatly indebted to the  management   staff   especially   Mr.   Muhammad   Shiraz   (Managing   Director)   of  Shiraz Restaurant for their lively co-operation.  F The report is about the marketing plans of Shiraz Restaurant. To make it look  easier, we divided the topics into eight sections. Each section carries information  regarding various interesting aspects of Shiraz restaurant Starting with a brief  introduction.   We   have   a   separate   section   for   pricing,   promotional   and  differentiation strategies, which includes the promotional techniques, how Shiraz  Restaurant differentiate its products from its competitors and how they set their  prices? There are also some other interesting sections like PEST Analysis, target  market and positioning of Shiraz.  Finally we have SWOT analysis and certain  recommendations which might help Shiraz in Future.
