2 “different parts”, it seems to be our similarities during our sexual phases are very much alike. Sexual arousal is said to come in four separate phases (Masters& Johnson,1996): the excitement phase, the plateau phase the orgasm phase and the resolution phase. Each of which play a very specific and timely role in both men and woman. Some people also experience the nipples becoming erect and their skin taking on a rosy sex flush color In the excitement phase something called vasocongestion starts to happen to both men and women, this is when the genital areas start to become engorges with blood and swell up, not only do the lower genital areas become engorged, but also the nipples of both men and woman and sometimes earlobes. It is very normal to see an increase in blood pressure and heart rate at this time of arousal.
