RUNNING HEAD: GROUP EXERCISE ANALYSIS What was the average influence (number generated on the Pack Item Ranking Spreadsheet) on your individual rankings as a result of the Group Discussion? Where you surprised by this outcome? My average influence was three when basing my individual ranking against the group ranking. I was not overly surprised by the difference on ranking based on influence, but I was surprised that other team members initially chose an item I had already selected last, or not at all. In your opinion, how effective is working as a group in reaching a good decision? In what ways did the quality of the decision change for better or worse? Which of the pros and cons of group decision making did you observe in your group's discussion? Typically, I would have to say that it would almost always prove to be beneficial to work
