RUNNING HEAD: MINI BUSINESS PLAN PART I AND II 2 Executive Summary and Objectives: The venture will be one that will provide medical staffing professionals on a per diem, contract or permanent basis to medical facilities nationwide. Currently, a nursing shortage is in existence. Definition of a staffing aency - Staffing is the practice of finding, evaluating, and establishing a working relationship with employee/colleagues on an employment need. Staffing involves finding people, who meet the criteria and standards as applied by the client facilities. The United States government shares why we can expect shortages. “We expect that the demand for health professionals will grow at the twice the rate for all occupations between 1998-2008. The greatest demand is expected for the largest group in the health care workforce: health service occupations, which we project, will grow by 36 percent over the decade. More than 3 million Americans are part of this group, which includes nursing and pharmacy aides, dental and medical assistants, and home health care aides” (Shekar, 2001). The key milestone will be the slow steady growth of hiring healthcare professionals, by the Joint Commission certification standards, and placing the candidates within healthcare facilities, while maintaining a profitable margin and reasonable market share. Mission: The mission is to make a positive distinction and put forth the influence of an knowledgeable organization with a strong work ethic and operate with healthcare providers who are advocates for patient care and keep the desire to succeed ever present is our organization from one year to the next. Keys to Success – Hiring key personnel that can implement both tactical plans and maintaining a strategic plan for the future, to include one, three, five and ten year visions.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
