Describe the ways in which you can either improve your own business ethics or help to impact the ethics of those who surround you. (Weeks 1–3) First, one must consider, are ethics in the work and personal arenas the same? Why or why not? I feel that if someone is going to be ethical, it will carry over from his or her personal life. If someone is doing negatives things at home, chance are, he or she will probably behave in the same manner at work. Not always, but I believe it happens more times than not. There could be a possibility, which one may act with a greater level of ethics in his or her professional life due to the sheer possibility of losing employment due to unethical behavior.
