To have the best team it is important of whom needs to motivate their employees is their manager. Since the team can be a reflection of how the manager handles things, and to show that the manager is doing their job. Being able to reach goals and be productive for the group can help the effectiveness of leading that team. To be able to have the best of the whole situation is team work and motivation. Everyone needs a little motivation in their life to be able to set out the performance that is needed. When working without any can make the job very boring with would cause problems when working with people. When someone is being sluggish then they are not very motivated to get the job done. Everyone has their own talents and potentials but we all need motivation to function to out max. Talking about a manager they must provide their employees with motivation....
