Being able to take care of a patient there are a couple of steps that the doctor has to take to be able to complete the patients care. The steps are being able to track the changes in competence, performance and the patients’ functions. The most important step is to make sure that patient is taken care of and is comfortable throughout their stay in the hospital. When a patient is improving on their condition it shows that they are healing by resumption by measuring the patient’s outcome. One of the goals is the quality of the care that the patient gets when they are in pain or some discomfort. Getting the help of restoration to that patient to where they can function normally is completed by being able to take care in a holistic way. This means taking care of the patient in all dimensions which are physically, physiologically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. The ones that play the important role in making sure the quality of care is provided are the health care workers.
