Capacitive probe is a measurement of a liquid level because as the liquid level rises between the armatures of the capacitor, the capacitance value increases as well. Therefore the capacitance can be a way of determining the liquid level. The gage pressure transducer measures the pressure difference between the surrounding air and inside the tube, by finding the difference of the pressures we can assume that its a measure of the liquid level inside the vessel.
