Elizabeth Mitts Section 516 Extra Credit 2.2 A Lower Grade Than Expected 1. Choices: a choice I made that negatively effected my grade was my neglect to do my homework on time. I had a lot of late work that contributed to my low grade in my pre-calculus class my junior year in high school. I also neglected talking to my teacher because I was afraid of her. Some choices I made that helped my grade were getting a tutor for the class and not giving up when I got behind. 2. Initiation: I didn’t get a tutor until it was very late in the year and my study habits were never very good for that class. In the beginning I should have made sure to stay on top of my homework and not get behind. Another thing I could have done was have a better bond with my teacher and asked her for help more frequently. 3. Intensity: I tried really hard and the beginning of the year but towards the middle I started slacking and it showed. I could have stayed more on top of my homework and not procrastinated. If I had done this I know my test
