There are number of reasons and factors that increases the difficulty for leader to create commitment, to gain alignment and to set directions within organizations. In today’s world of globalization, tough competition, and economic down turns, many organizations break down the functions and departments. The teams for different functions are scattered all over the world. People have to work with others who are not like them. There is vast difference of culture, age, and thinking among the different team members working together.
