BUSINESS COMMUNICATION 2 Business Communication Communication is a learned skilled. Communication is a part and parcel of everyone life. Communication skills are used in every walk of life, in homes, schools, churches, and workplaces. Communication is an interaction between individuals. Individuals can learn the basic communication skills by observing others. Communication occur various methods and processes. Speaking, listening, and thinking are the ability to understand verbal and nonverbal communication. Within the body the important of business communication will be explored. Effective communication is considered to be one the most important prerequisites of corporate success. Communication is a major role at BlueCross BlueShield of SC. In order to accomplish any type of goal there must be some kind of communication. Communication is an exchange of information that helps individuals understands the possible outcome of the business processes. Business communication plays a role at the workplace to help accomplish and achieve goals and meet standards to become successful. Business communications enable a business to market itself in a better perspective. It helps create a constructive brand image and enhance its relationship with the customer.
