Umar – He was a brilliant man whom Muslims consider the second founder of Islam. That time he was only 43 years old. He was a leader of the Muslim community from 634 to 644. He was a highly practical man. During his caliphate Iran, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, and Egypt became parts of the Muslim world. His major achievements were tax system, Diwan, Urban settlement, and privileged group.
