I n t r o d u c t i o n C u s t o m e r S e r v i c e | 2 As I look back into my experience of customer service/customer relations, there have been situations as a customer in making a difference of buying my decisions. For example, there was a situation as a customer that I was looking into placing my referrals to another skilled nursing facility or convalescent home. I thought at this particular hospital I could trust, since the facility has had built that long-term relationship with our facility. Until that one very day, one of my long-term customer who has trusted me in placing their loved one in a particular skilled nursing facility, has expired because the place that I have never seen, but just had that entrusting conversation that the place was safe, great environment…etc., turned into a place that caused someone’s life. As we’ve mention a ripple effect in customer service in a positive way, this came about as a negative way. Because this was a long-term customer of mine, word of mouth skilled nursing was referred to this customer, I my long-term customer because of my relationship I had
