RUNNING TITLE: ASSIGNMENT 5 2 1. Discuss the value of a business plan to an organization. A business plan can be defined as a written document that details the company’s intentions of sales, product line, as well as the marketing tools that will be successful in establishing a structure for the company. The business plan is more like a blue print for an organization. There are several of sections of a business plan that helps the entrepreneur fully explain his or her intention for its business. The statement of purpose which is also describe as the business description, this sections entitles the company intended name, the target market, its competitors and how the assembly line will be beneficial to the community around them. Next is the competitive analysis that helps to thoroughly explain how the goods and services being prepared for sale will be successful. Lastly, is the marketing plan, basically this section provides a head up on how the entrepreneur would utilize different mediums to publicize its business to
