How to be a leader A leader is someone whom others trust and consistently look to for  guidance. Age or status within a group may create assumptions about  who will lead, but a true leader inspires steadfast loyalty, earning the  trust of others. Leadership is a responsibility but also an Honor. To be a  great leader we must possess many qualities, which help us to lead,  guide, represent, make decision and put in higher position in the rest of  the population. Population are those who develop their work under the direction  of a person with the ability to distribute tasks, ideas, certify their tasks,  represent a team work, providing training, and is the one who has full  responsibility for all tasks to be carried out effectively. All of those  qualities can describe the responsibilities and commitment of a great  leader. Aside from his mental strength, the leader is an adviser. It gives  us a full of ideas and teaches us to develop effectively. The true leader  stands firm during difficult situations, providing maximum support to  their team. This is why we must ask ourselves as future leaders: What are  the most essential characteristics that a leader should have? What are

their special qualities? How can we become a real leader? All these  questions will be answered by this research. Qualities of a Leader One of the most excellent characteristic that decided if you are  a good leader is its character. How forms or develops the character of  a leader? The form in which a leader deals with the circumstances of  the life says much of its character. The adversity is the crossing of  two ways where a person must choose one of both: character or  commitment.   Whenever   he   chooses   the   character,   the   person  becomes   stronger,   even   though   that   election   brings   negative  consequences. The development of the character is the center of our  development,   not   only   like   leaders   but   like   human   beings.   Your  character determines who you are and what you are determines what  you see. Then what you see determines what beams. It is why the  character of a leader and his actions can never be separated. We can’t have  always the control of what we want  or need. But we  can choose our character. The character we are creating it whenever  we make an election; to evade or to confront a difficult situation, bow

to the truth or stand under the weight of it, take the easy money or  pay   price.   As   we   live   and   we   make   decisions,   we   are   forming   our  character.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
