HSM225 There are 2 different kinds of motivation in a organization Extrinsic and intrinsic motivation in the job market. Extrinsic means that someone else wants you up to do something. And intrinsic is when you want to do it. There are examples of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation for examples Intrinsic Extrinsic I challenge myself to meet the goal I was told to do the assignment else I will be demoted. I was allowed to develop and design the next program I had no room to make any suggestions for this project that I thought would make this program more efficient. The blue print was thrown on my desk I have the cooperation from the company to complete this project I had no support for the work that I was called to do. I was given the recognition for the project that I had completed Some one else took credit for the hard work I did. I was not acknowledged for this project.
