In the table below, categorize different leadership approaches that could be used in the work environment you have described. Provide different suggestions for each of the four approaches to leadership. Directive approach Supportive approach A directive approach I would have to say would be to make sure as a leader to always put your best foot forward. What I mean by that is to always make sure that you’re taking the right steps when working. And as a leader it wouldn’t hurt to help others when you have spare time on your hands. An achievement-oriented approach would be to stay on top of your work while meeting the requirements of a top notch worker. What I mean by this is if you complete your work with the right approach then you will come out on top. Leadership recommendation I think the best leadership approach for a fast food work environment would have to be keeping a smile on your face.
