* 1 pkg (2 ½ oz) sliced fully                           1 ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard    cooked ham , chopped         1/8  tsp. pepper 1 small onion, chopped  1 cube (8 oz.) refrigerated   ½ c. shredded Swiss cheese    crescent rolls 1 egg 8

      In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; set aside. Divide crescent dough  into 24 portions. Press into greased miniature muffin cups. Spoon 1 tsp. ham  mixture into each cup. Bake at 350º for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.  Yield: 2 dozen. Sausage Balls 1 lb. sausage 8 oz. shredded cheese 1 egg 2 cups Bisquick Mix all ingredients together. Mixes up the best when you use your washed hands.  Pinch off small pieces and form into balls. Cook 10-15 minutes at 350 in oven. 9

Pizza Roll-Ups   ½ lb. ground beef ½ tsp dried oregano  1 can (8oz) tomato sauce 2 tubes (8oz each) refrig  ½ c. shredded mozzarella  erated crescent rolls   cheese       In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Remove from  heat. Add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and oregano; mix well. Separate  crescent dough into eight rectangles, pinching seams together. Place about 3 tbsp of  meat mixture along one long side of each, cut each role into 3 pieces. Place, seam  side down, 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes or  until golden brown.   Yield: 2 dozen Buffalo Chicken Strips 1 pckg of boneless chicken ¼ cup butter breast tenderloin 1/3 cup Crystal Louisiana 10

½ cup flour Hot  Sauce ¼  tsp paprika ¼ tsp ground pepper 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp salt  In a saucepan combine butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder over low  heat In small bowl, combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Cut chicken into strips and coat in flour mixture. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375º. Fry chicken Breast strips for 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Place in large bowl and pour hot sauce mixture over and stir into. Coat strips evenly. Serve with celery and ranch of bleu cheese dressing. 11
