Indicate which species have identical electron configuration (=isoelectronic). 2. Deuteriun (D) and tritium (T) are isotopes of hydrogen with mass numbers of 2 and 3, respectively. For each isotope, give the following information: (1) the number of protons; (2) the number of neutrons; (3) the number of electrons in the neutral atom; and (4) the number of protons, neutrons and electrons in the positively charged atom. Why is H + called a proton? Can D + and T + be called protons?
