In the first case study about Two Men and a Lot of Trucks; the theory that I found to be used in this was Self actualization Theory. Mary Ellen Sheets started a company with a 350.00 dollar truck for moving people s furniture and turned it into a franchise that operates in 27 states. While running this business and working full time she put three children through college, then later sold businesses to her three children and still had enough companies to keep herself afloat. Mary Sheets started Stick Men University which thought her employees the basics from answering the customers first cell phone call, handshakes after the move was done, ways to move a piano in a second story down a narrow stair well, and moving crates of fine china without damaging the merchandise. Anything that was damaged during a move was replaced and after the move she would send the owner s flowers or a gift after the move if something went wrong.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
