Drafting Step 2: Drafting  incorporates prewriting activities to create a first draft containing necessary elements for a  specific purpose. During the drafting stage, you will refer to your prewriting notes constantly. Concentrate on getting your ideas down  on paper. Do not worry about making mistakes at this step. You can always go back and fix them later. When you  write your draft, your goal is to organize the main ideas and supporting details into unified paragraphs. Your essay should consist of three parts: the introduction, the body, and the conclusion. Directions: Write a multi-paragraph essay in which you inform your instructor about your experience with  distance learning.
