Brandon Tucker September 1, 2009 Case 1.2 Indy: The Great Race - Chapter 1 1. Identify the product that the Champ Car World Series offers its racecar fans  (customers)?   Answer:  Champ Car offers a different geographical perspective when it comes  to the road course races.  Geographically they appeal to cultures ranging from  the US all the way to South Korea.  It’s a different brand of racing compared to  that of IRL.  The urban product they bring to the table stands apart in appearance  and the driver skill-set that is required to manage a suburban road course.  Overall the Champ Car Series provides a product that satisfies the customer as  well as benefits the organizational goals and concepts that it strived to meet.   2. What can the Champ Car Word Series do to better promote its products?  How  should gaining sponsorships fit into its promotional plans?
