The broadened the brand that they currently had in place with new more environmental friendly products and marketing strategies. The cultural values that affected Frito-Lay most was the overnight customer obsession with eating healthier. Frito-Lay like most competing snack food manufacturers had to turn on a dime switch gears and focus on a more determined customer, wanting more nutritious product.
