How effectively has TI managed the ethical and legal environment?   Answer:  TI has managed the ethical and legal environment by welcoming its  employees to feel free to discuss matters with the Ethics and Legal offices within  the TI environment.  These discussions will always remain anonymous as they  do with most companies.  They even have personal company attorneys who  specialize in the law that TI most frequently encounters.  TI recommends direct  action involving ethical and legal situations.   2. What are the ethical and legal risks associated with competing in TI’s industries?  Answer:  The risks associated with the industries TI inhabits are both ethical and  legal, with first and foremost maintaining the highest ethical standards.  TI strives  to keep all the employees within the TI community empowered with the guidance
