He means that to justify any means necessary you also have to protect and defend key components of religion. 3. Who is Baruch Goldstein? He is an American medical doctor who perpetrated the 1994 Cave of the Patriarchs massacre in the city of Hebron, killing 29 Muslims at prayer there and wounding another 150. 4. How is defense of sacred space used by politicians? Can you come up with a different example than the ones offered by Kimball?
