I overcome procrastination by just not procrastinating. I feel that procrastination is not beneficial because all it does is make you put some task off until the very last second which leads to stress. I have never really been a procrastinator I have always been the type of person who is given a task and starts at it right away. I feel the more time that I have to complete something, whether it is a simple task such as cleaning the bathroom, or writing a paper the more amount of time have where I can work on it the better. Also if it is something that I really don't want to do or hate to do I get it done and over with as fast

Unformatted text preview: as possible. By not procrastinating I can break the task up into segments and work on it a little bit at a time. I don't feel that I really prioritize anything or really make a schedule. I know what I have to get done and I do it. I don't think about how much of a priority is this to me I just do what I need done. I know what days I have off and I make my appointments for the day that I have off during the week. I make sure that I can balance my work, school, and personal life without being overly stressed out about not getting things done in a timely and efficient manner....
