My partner and I were EMT's responding to a 9-1-1 call and arrived on the scene of a car crash. After the first victim was removed from the car I could see that the victim was in sever pain due to what looked like was a fractured left leg. I told my partner that the first task was to take the victims vital signs and then start an IV
