Do these values make sense to you and fall within typical kcal consumption of healthy young adults (12002600 kcal/day)? If not, evaluate your answers and determine if the results are accurate or you have an error. Correct any errors you find now before submitting this assignment. Day 1 – I consumed 1463.3 kcal in that day, and I think it is pretty fall within typical kcal consumption. Day 2 – I consumed 1772.4 kcal in the day, and it is pretty normal. Actually, these days I’m trying to lose my weight, and planning to restrict junk foods such as snacks, beverages and so forth. I think the results are pretty accurately measured my day consumption. 3. What was the highest kcalorie item you ate while maintaining your food log. Indicate the name of the food, the serving size, total kcalories you consumed, and grams of Carbohydrate, Fat and Protein the food contained. You can find the highest calorie food item by using the All Nutrients Spreadsheet under the Reports tab or the Single Nutrient Report.
