Scenario Evaluation Page 2 Scenario Evaluation Plan PEACE Domestic Violence Evaluation Plan PEACE Domestic Violence Agency will use in its evaluation plan the Empowerment Evaluation of the Project-Wide Evaluation. Project-Wide Evaluation will work well with the Domestic Violence Program because it looks at the goals of the project and provides the format of the “big picture.” Developing the first steps of this type of plan is identifying the answers to the “BIG QUESTION? (Yuen, F. 2003) Project Purpose The problem statement or the needs assessment is the most critical part of this plan it generally focus on the condition of the clientele, it also looks at particular situation and relates it to similar situations that can exist in other communities and shows the broader implications of the program. It should be supported by evident such as statistics that is provided by authoritative sources, and organizations known to be knowledgeable about situations. The statement should be stated in terms of clients and constituents rather than the needs or problems of the organizations. (Kiritz, N. J.,1980). Mission Statement PEACE’s mission is to reduce victim trauma, empower survivors, and promote recovery through direct services. PEACE is committed to reducing the incidence of sexual assault and domestic violence through education and strives to challenge societal norms and beliefs that condone and perpetuate violence in the community. Objectives: Steps to Meeting Goals Objectives are the means which the organization will meet its goal for the project. Objectives have to be measurable or provable they also form the framework for the evaluation plan. Process,
