Process and Outcome Page 1 Check Point: Process and Outcome Evaluations Process Evaluation: The characteristics of this evaluation method are documentation and monitoring of program planning, implementation and related program elements. This method employs qualitative and quantitative measures to review the effectiveness and the appropriateness of program services. Staff questionnaires are used to collect evaluation data for planning, development, scheduling, activity execution, appropriateness of curriculum, organizational administration and community and collaborative roles. This allows for modifications to be made wherever the process proves to be ineffective or inefficient. These evaluations also gather community and participant client satisfaction data to assist in the evaluation process. Staff recruitment, training and hiring practices are also examined. Planning, program development, equipment, overall client satisfaction, review of the groups needs, outreach efforts, management of case loads and records and collaborative relationships for
