Nicole Rushin Eco-2252 Hector Morales The government plays a major role in the economy and how it fits into the circular flow. They also have many sources for revenue and how it allocates expenditures. First the functional distribution of income consist of wages, rents, interest and profits, these are consider the income receivers. Personal distribution details the personal income of households. Most house holds are spenders which tell how the money is disturbed into the government; all spenders are accepted to pay personal taxes which are used to fund most wars. The global economy and liberalization has deep effects on agriculture, and especially on the economy of smallholder’s farmers in the Third World. New market arrangements have brought opportunities for some farmers, but also had negative impact on others, who can not compete with the low prices established by a liberalized trade. An example of this is the case of Ghana, which as many countries in Africa, suffered from a strong economic crisis during the 80s. The
