Unformatted text preview: CRT 205 WEEK 3 DAY 7 ANALYZING CREDIBILITY BERNAL Examples Response I choose to watch an example from the Pedigree website and one from the Wendys website. While I was watching the commercial ad for Pedigree Light, I assumed the ad was being paid for by the company of Pedigree its self. In the Pedigree ad I cannot detect a slant. I felt like it was a very simple and short advertisement. For the Pedigree advertisement, I thought they are saying as a society, dogs are becoming more overweight. I feel like it is a credible assessment because it is their job to research pets. With the Wendys Ad, since it is on the Wendys website I am assuming that Wendys paid for the actual ad. In the ad, the slant I detected was that other fast food places do not have fresh meat but instead they have frozen. I would not know myself if this is true, I do not ask a fast food company before I order from them. I think Wendys is trying to say society can tell the difference between frozen and fresh beef on hamburgers from fast food...
