Everyone can find something good and something bad to say about managed care. For patients if we used managed care, it would be more affordable for care. Managed care allows the patient to be assigned to a care giver or a facility that best suits their financial situation. Managed care also makes health care available for individuals that cannot always afford health insurance. Another pro is that managed health care will cover the entire medical bill except for a small amount that the patient will have to pay, there is also no deductable for the patient. To continue, even though there are many pros, there are a few cons to the managed care plan. The economy has a huge impact on the managed health care plan. A bad economy causes a rise in the need for cheap health care. Technology has always been crucial in the health care world. Technology is the tool to better patient care plans and help with diagnosing and treating world....
