MEMORANDUM DATE: February 4, 2010 TO: Mr. Anthony Corte FROM: Trung Vo, SUBJECT: Employee Problem The purpose of this memo is to describe three additional information to determine the employee problem that I mentioned to you last time. Here is the instruction of the company’s parking guidelines for day-shift and swing-shift employees: Day-shift employees can only : 1. Park in lots A and B in their assigned spaces. 2. Loan their spaces to other employees if not using them. Swing-shift employees can only : 1. Park at the curb before 3:30 p.m. 2. Park in any empty space after 3:30 p.m except those marked Tandem,

Unformatted text preview: Handicapped, Van Pool, Car Pool, or Management. Please come to Employee Relation to register your car , and receive a white sticker before you park. Any car without a sticker will be ticketed. Employee Relations will be in the cafeteria by May 12, 2010 to May 13, 2010 from 11: 30 a.m to 1: 30 p.m and 3: 00 p.m to 5: 00 p.m. Following these guidelines will help you to find the right places to park, and prevent your car from getting tickets.
