Overview: Developing a Behavioral Matrix The goal of the Week 3 Application Assignment is to have four teachers at a specific grade level from the same school individually complete the Behavioral Matrix worksheets so that you can mock up a composite Behavioral Matrix for their grade level. You can choose an elementary, middle, or high school as long as all of the teachers teach at the same grade level. Performance Objectives Identify specific behavioral expectations for a selected grade level, and link them to positive responses, incentives, and rewards. Categorize different types of inappropriate student behavior at a selected grade level along a continuum of severity and how to link them to specific, strategic staff responses that decrease or eliminate future inappropriate behavior.
