Assignment: Academic Honesty Yolanda Campos My first article I used gale power search, I found an article name “Academic Honesty and Online Courses”. I used online Academic Honesty as my keyword. The authors are Therese C. Grijallia, Clifford Nowell and Joe Kerkvliet published by March 2006 and the article was peer- viewed. The article was manly about students in an online course is more to developed cheating and dishonesty on themselves and on their peers and faculty. The article did mention why students in an online course have a higher standard of cheating, one is “students and faculty do not interact directly in web based classes and it is often perceived that cheating will be more abundant” (Grijallia, 2006). One of the studies says that “enhanced communication and the breaking down of social barriers lead to less cheating, stating” (Grijallia, 2006). My second article I used EBSCO host to research, I found an article called “Academic Dishonesty in Traditional and Online Classrooms: Due the Media Equation hold True?” using Academic Honesty for
