PROJECT COMMUNICATION PLAN Team Communications Our group will communicate using email, google documents, web ct vista – discussion boards and chat rooms. We will create a meeting agenda and deadlines that will help identify roles for each group member. This will also create accountability for team members for undeliverables. We require all communication for the team take place in one of the approved forums/venues so as to keep each team member informed of the ongoing objectives outlined by the calendar.
