Think back on your best team experience. What made it work well? What characteristics did all members possess? How did the team communicate? Make decisions? Manage meetings? Evaluate performance? Think back on your worst team experience. At what stage did it go wrong? Describe in detail (omitting names) the incidents compounding the failure of the team. Provide an intervention strategy for a least two classmates. What suggestions can you come up with to salvage the team experience they described? What resources can you recommend?
