Is this you? You want to lose weight but you don’t want to waste your time trying yet another diet plan that does not work. You are sick of all the scams which claim true results and you are ready for something real. The first thing you need to do is figure out a realistic goal for the real you. You need to remember that losing weight is different for each person. The fashion industry would have you believe that unless you are super thin and nearly skeletal you have not achieved the ideal weight loss goal. This is a huge lie. A realistic goal should be the one you set out to achieve. Successful weight loss requires permanent changes to your eating habits and physical activity. This means you need to find a weight-loss strategy that you can embrace for life. Let's say you read about a new diet in a magazine article, and it requires eating a lot less carbs. On the surface you are busting to lose weight but deep down you know you can not stand to give up pasta night. Which part of you do you think will win out in the end?
