Sticky, Sweet and Delicious Homemade Pecan Rolls Have you ever wished you could make pecan rolls that do not come in a can from the grocery store? Well now you can with this great recipe from the former executive chef of the Watershed restaurant in Decatur, Ga. This recipe was featured on the TODAY Show, and in Better Homes and Gardens, March 2010 Issue. ((The TODAY show video will be embedded here)) INGREDIENTS Dough • 1/4 cup warm water (105º-110ºF) • 1 package, active dry yeast • 3/4 cup milk • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut up • 1/4 cup crème fraîche or sour cream • 2 eggs • 4 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour • 1/4 cup granulated sugar • 1 tablespoon kosher salt Topping • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened • 1 cup packed brown sugar • 1/4 cup mild honey • Pinch salt
