Owning or Renting Heavy Equipment Sometimes no matter how carefully one plans a big project involving the use of heavy machinery, there simply isn't enough equipment on hand to handle all of the requirements needed for the project’s completion without running past the set deadline. You have several choices at this point which are clear, either rent out the heavy machines you need for the job, or go ahead and purchase the additional equipment needed.
