INTRODUCTION: OVERVIEW OF TOPIC Internal communication is the core element in company operation, good communication will make a much wealth to company, because accurate and fast information deliver will boost you faster response than other company, now days, many company through strong information system access to link communication in company internal, but equipment upgrade in company only can help people communicate fast, in other means it’s just a code transmit. Traditionally say, we need to improve communicate in motivation. I will research about supervisors and employees communication in company internal. THE IMPORTANCE OF THE TOPIC As Robert Kent, former dean of Harvard Business School has said, “In business, communication is everything.” Good communications are basic to successful management. (Marty Blalock, 2006). A supervisor conveys information and instruction through communication, either written or verbal. (McGinn Kate, 2009).
