I see myself on the Kolb Inventory, in the diverger and accommodator learning groups. The diverger group though relates more to my major in education. Where the accommodator learning style relates more to my personality. I have the tendency to me impatient at times, and learn how things work through trial and error. This can be costly for me at times. I was able to relate to three of the personality types in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Although the one that describe me the best was Feeling. I am easily distressed and distracted by conflict and argument. I am warm and affirming but at the same time I am emotionally demanding and sometimes make illogical decisions. I can also be very reluctant to tackle unpleasant tasks. That part of the personality test really stood out to me the most, because it

Where divergers seem to be more social, the feeling types can be both an introvert and extravert. Other than that I do not see any other differences. The learning strategy that was most effective for me and told me the most information was the Kolb Inventory. Although the information that I learned in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator will be useful to me as well. Having the knowledge of what type of learner that I am not, will be the most useful to me. This is because if I am in a class where I am having difficulty understanding something, I can try one of the other methods to learn the information....
